Judge Sheehan presides over Mock Trial Judge Brendan Sheehan presided over a Mock Trial at Case Western Reserve Law School on August 24, 2011 to introduce first year law students to the trial process. Ohio Supreme Court Justice Cupp and others reviewed a Mock Oral Argument the next day based upon the trial court proceedings.
